What information do you need to identify savings?
We try to make things as simple as possible for you. Just provide a copy of your last bill and we'll take all the date we need from that for you. We have to identify you meter, you exiting provider, the tariff you are on and when your contract is up for renewal.
How long does it take to identify savings?
We'll go out to vast network of market providers, this may take a couple of days to collate all the information and rates for you. We'll be as a quick as possible.
What if my contract is not up for renewal now?
Some businesses are off contract, which means we can instantly obtain you a new contract and much better rates. If you are locking in for a period, not to worry, your data will be in our system and up to 3 months before you need to renew, we'll go out and do all the work for you them. Get that info in our system and you are ready and protected from going off contract and hitting those high rates.
